Gold Coast residents were given a unique view of some of Australia’s largest military aircrafts, during a fly over Brisbane and the coast this morning.
Four C-17A Globemasters flew low over Brisbane’s South Bank – just 300m above ground before passing below the height of the Gold Coast’s highest skyscraper, Q1, which stands at 322m.
The formation showed off the Air Force’s newest Globemaster which was delivered on November 6.
For safety reasons the aircraft flew 5km apart.
