A 29 year-old Gosford man is recovering in hospital, after being stabbed in the face with a broken bottle at Narara last night.
It’s alleged he was set upon by a number of males, believed to be in their teens, who were outside the Deane street bottle shop at around 6 o’clock.
Police say the victim was punched several times and then stabbed – suffering a three centimetre laceration to his face.
He was taken to Gosford Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Police arrested three males but they have since been released.
