Around 60 firefighters are working to put out a fast moving grass fire at Lake Macquarie.
The 20 hectare blaze at Teralba is burning close to Griffen Road, but there is no threat to properties.
There is a lot of smoke in surrounding areas and the Rural Fire Service is warning drivers to slow down.
