Canberra’s Mark Tupalski has powered through to take out the Solo Men’s Mountain Bike Grand Prix on the Central Coast.
In the women’s, Newcastle’s Sarah Neumann was crowned overall champion, completing 12 laps of the Ourimbah State Forest track.
