An Defence inquiry into the death of Kingscliff Sapper Rowan Robinson has raised more questions than its answered.
Sapper Robinson’s family has been briefed on the findings and has requested the report not be publicly released.
An inquiry officer found a full Commission of Inquiry into his death was not warranted.
Defence will implement two other recommendations but, because of security and privacy issues, can’t say what they are.
The 23 year old was killed in combat in Afghanistan last year, after the discovery by Australian Special Forces of a large stash of insurgent weapons.
