Liverpool Plains residents are in for an unusual sight this week.
Almost 30 horse drawn carts are making their way from Nundle to Spring Ridge as part of the Royal Far West Charity Drive.
Covering around 40 kilometres a day, the group will finish their journey on Saturday.
It’s the third year the event has been staged to raise funds for the charity, which helps country children gain access to specialist health care services.
