NORTH COAST SURF REPORT 10-08-12

Small clean waves greeted early risers today. Temperatures were mild at first until a snappingly cold south westerly wind kicked in along with the building southerly swell.
By mid morning when today’s pics were taken the more protected southern corners were the favoured spots for the few hardy souls braving the elements. The swell is predicted to be massive by Sunday and should test the competitors starting in Port Macquarie’s two week long festival of surfing.

Cheers, noel.
