GENDER ROLES CHANGING IN THE SPORTING ARENA
Sport is definitely the great Aussie way, and while there’s always been a distinct separation between the sexes, traditional roles are changing.
NBN News caught up with a few sport enthusiasts who are bucking the trend.

At 0:52 you report “This year women’s participation in Rugby League across the state has risen more than 20%”. At this point you show two women’s teams they are in fact women’s Rugby UNION teams of Newcastle University and Lake Macquarie. If your going to report women’s Rugby league why not use footage of women’s rugby league teams. Or even better, report on women’s Rugby Union which has a bigger participation rate.
