A 26-year-old man was airlifted to hospital after falling 10-meters from a roof at the Byron Bay industrial estate today.
It’s believed the man was working at the Centennial Circuit building when he fell through a skylight, crashing onto the concrete below.
The Westpac Rescue helicopter flew the man to Gold Coast Hospital with serious head injuries
“With head injuries it’s time critical how fast you get a patient to a hospital in this case we got him there in 20 minutes ”
Workcover is now investigating.
