Woody’s Surf Shack in Byron Bay has been named one of the most violent premises in the State.
The popular nightclub recorded 18 violent incidents in 12 months, and is the only venue on the Far North Coast to make the government list.
It means from June, the club will have to follow a number of restrictions, including ceasing alcohol service 30 minutes before closing, and not using glass after midnight.
