The man accused of the shooting murder of Joshua Maynard at Raymond Terrace two years ago, has told Newcastle Supreme Court he didn’t intend to kill him.
Chad Shedden gave evidence at his own trial today, telling the jury he felt threatened by Mr Maynard.
