TYRONE ROBERTS SELECTED IN KNIGHTS HALVES

There’s been another selection shock at the Knights, with Wayne Bennett promoting Tyrone Roberts to five-eighth for Sunday’s clash with the Bulldogs.

Last week, Ryan Stig was named as the number six, but was dropped at the last minute in favour of Matt Hilder.
Jarrod Mullen is expected to overcome an ankle injury – he retains his spot at halfback.

Adam Cuthbertson is still recovering from a hyperextended knee, but was also named, while Junior Sa’u comes in for Wes Naiqama, who had surgery on his knee today.

Meanwhile, it’s been revealed Peter Mata’utia was the Knights player arrested early Sunday morning following an alleged altercation at Cooks Hill.

Despite describing the incident as minor, club officials say they won’t tolerate another indiscretion.
