FISHERMAN WINCHED TO SAFETY
A 33-year-old fisherman is recovering in hospital, after a harrowing night perched on rocks at Hat Head, on the mid north coast.
He was winched to safety by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter this afternoon, almost 24 hours after falling and breaking his leg.
