Police are treating a fire which gutted an empty house at a once popular nursery at Bennetts Green this morning, as suspicious.
The owner moved out two months ago after selling the Rosedale nursery to Melbourne interests.
Nearby residents say the site has since been the subject of break-ins.
It took fire crews nearly four hours to put out the blaze.
