Meanwhile the results of post mortem and DNA tests in an alleged domestic murder case in Ballina in October are still being carried out.
26-year-old, Jermaine Bolt, is charged with allegedly murdering his 30-year-old partner at their Johnson Street address.
Bolt appeared via videolink at Lismore Local Court today, while a group of his friends sat in the gallery.
He’s been remanded in custody and will next appear in February.
