The inquest on the death of a Coffs Harbour man who took his own life while he was a patient in the Coffs Harbour mental health unit is expected to wrap up tomorrow.
23-year-old Sam Dibley died in 2009, after he was discovered unconscious in his room.

I am Sam Dibleys cousin and grew up with very close to him, he was like a brother to me i am sad to say that the coffs harbour hospital let Sam down greatly but also devasted our whole family he will always be sadley missed and loved deeply by myself and many others! This is a tragedy that should not have occured and should never occur again….. Love you always Sam your always on my mind xxx
