The owner of the Bonville Golf Resort is defending plans for a major expansion project despite community concerns over its environmental impact.
Council has given the nod for the 470-lot housing development, which will house more than 12-hundred people.

This is a great positive for the entire Coffs Coast from the tourism sector to schools who will benefit from more visitors and residents in the local area. This cant come soon enough as Coffs is in desperate need of more new and improved accommodation ‘stock’.
