Representatives from the company which will roll out the National Broadband Network staged a forum in Coffs Harbour today to update community leaders on its time frame.
NBN Co revealed thousands of residents will be able to access high speed broadband from as early as September next year, with work already underway.
Coffs Harbour Mayor Keith Rhoades also addressed the forum, re-affirming council’s commitment to help facilitate the rollout.
A round of community information sessions will begin in the city in October.
