13 YEAR OLD AT CENTRE OF BEATING DEFENDS HIMSELF
The 13 year old boy on the wrong end of some rough justice has been defending himself as his family threatens to sue his attacker.
The young teen says he never intended stealing anything from the home of an older boy who’s admitted laying into him.

I CANNOT believe this boy’s mother wants to press charges to the boy that was defending himself in a break and enter!!!! This ENFURIATES me!
This boy broke into a home! If he was there to steal a bike or not, he is doing the wrong thing!
He deserved what he got and good on the older boy for protecting his family.
If the Government had any clue they would throw this case out of the courts and it would be a warning to any other people that think they are above the law.
Well put Ebony, Lucky this young thief didn’t break into a home in the USA or he would have been shot. Serves himself right. The punishment fits the crime and the punsihment in this case is more that what would have been dished out under our legal system. Hopefully he has learnt his lesson.
