Locals haven’t given up hope despite a state government ruling that Gosford Public School will be relocated.
A protest against the move was held this morning out the front of the Federal Member for Robertson’s office.
Independent candidate for Gosford Jake Cassar led the protest in an attempt to gain Deborah O’Neill’s support.
“Not for sale, not for sale, not for sale. The people are against it its a raw deal for the school, it’s a raw deal for the community, it’s only a good deal for the developers and their pockets.”
The school will be moved next to Henry Kendall High, to make way for development as part of the Gosford Challenge.
