seriously, everyone should stop giving these boys grief about these girls passing away, they are in shock themselves and dont need to hear this as they have to live with it for the rest of their lives.
i just feel for the families of these 2 girls, it was a terrible terrible disaster that has happened and nothing can change that, the only thing people can do is to help and support the familes!
I have a 20 year old son and I know first hand that the attitude that they consider themselves bullet proof is a huge factor in why this is happening. When discussing this with him or other teenagers, I got the usual shrug and ” they just don’t know how to handle a car. Not like me.” This mentality is what’s killing them. They just don’t process the concept that it could be them.
People under the age of 25 who dont know how to handle a car should not be able to have a licence. I have to agree with evrything Christine has said !! To all young people out there who fang around the corners burning rubber off your tyres . you are putting my family and friends in danger , can I do the same to your family and friends ???? Yes I can , I can do whatever I like , but remember the decisions you make affect everyone !! Like me I hope and pray all young ppl will make a positive decision to drive slower , after all , road rules are in place to keep us safe. By the way I have been driving for 31 years and I still drive with keeping in mind the dangers cars on the road present for the whole community !!! Be safe and heed the road rules as they are there to keep us all safe !!! It depends on all of us !!!
I have always been afraid of the conequences of my actions and sometimes have done the wrong thing. What i think is wrong the penalties for been a complete clown on the roads are weak as water. The lawers put up stories such as an unfortunate childhood and so on.Penalties should be greater so to deter stupid actions. Some out there are just snubbing the laws which are in place for everyones wellbeing. The penalties should be carried out regardles of the persons background. On another note we should all have be re-examed for our licence every 5 years or so perhaps that would make us reasess our attatude and driving skills.
