38 new public housing units have been opened in Taree, to assist with the growing need for affordable accommodation in the area.
Mission Australia has just taken ownership of the one and two bedroom dwellings at Stokes Circuit and Plummer Street.
The new accommodation means more than 20 families will have permanent housing before Christmas
