A man has faced court charged with murder, over the bashing death of 75-year-old Stanley Davies at West Kempsey last month.
28-year-old Richard Smith from Dondingalong was refused bail in Port Macquarie Local Court, after being arrested yesterday.
He’s yet to enter a plea, and is due back in court in February
