GG JOINS NORTH COAST FAMILIES TO REMEMBER SANDAKAN POWs

The Governor General Quentin Bryce has joined north coast families to remember those who died in the Sandakan death marches.

Today marks the 65th anniversary of the last group of Australian prisoners to die there in World War-2.
