The Fair Work Ombudsman has launched a legal case against an abattoir operator at South Grafton.
The Ombudsman alleges Ramsay Food Processing underpaid 11 of its employees more than $60,000 when they were sacked in 2008.
A case has also launched against managing director, Stuart Bruce Ramsay.
The company faces penalties of up to $33,000 for each breach.
