A 22-year-old man has been found alive, 24 hours after he became lost in bushland on the Central Coast.
Michael Strettles was discovered on a rock ledge late today, after spending a chilly night in the scrub.
He went missing in the Brisbane Water National Park during a bushwalk, wearing only shorts and a jumper.
