I take my hat off to the Newcastle Sportsground ground staff for preparing a great cricket wicket which all but got an outright result in 3 days but produced 3 centurion’s.
The presentation of ground and the quality of the game was a great postcard for the region and hopefully will attract more top level cricket matches here in Newcastle.
