A court has heard claims, one of the men charged over the grisly murders of Robina couple, Sandy and Sue Davie, allegedly threatened the husband with a shotgun, in the lead up to his death.
Vladimir Garcia will stand trial, while a commital hearing for co-accused, Cameron Stewart has resumed.
