COFFS COPS SECOND FLOOD

Record torrential rain has caused more flooding on the mid north coast of New South Wales, isolating up to 5000 people.

The towns of Nambucca, Bellingen, Kempsey and Coffs Harbour have been declared natural disaster zones.

Coffs was the worst hit, with 500 millimetres of rain falling in two days, twice the record November average.
