BUSH TUCKER TO STAR AT FOOD FESTIVAL

A food festival at Nelson Bay on Nov 7 and 8 promises to unlock some of the secrets, surrounding uniquely Australian cuisine.

Bush tucker chef Mark O’Brien is among those dishing up Aussie treats like Salt and Pepper Crocodile, and Peppered Kangaroo Bites.

The menu also includes Emu Prosciutto and Lemon Myrtle Barramundi.

The Native Cuisine Celebration is part of the Tastes at the Bay festival, which also features wine tasting and jazz.
