BREAST CANCER BREAKTHROUGH

Researchers have made a significant breakthrough in the battle to stop breast cancer recurring in older women.

A study, partly carried out in Newcastle, has shown a drug called Letrozole offers better post-surgery protection, than the more traditional Tamoxifen.
