Australian actors, Paul Hogan and Shane Jacobson, will return to Tamworth in a month, for a special screening of their new film, Charlie and Boots.
Some scenes of the movie were filmed in Tamworth last November, in wet and windy conditions.
The movie features regional landmarks and performances from 150 locals who worked as extras.
The comic pair play a father and son who take to the outback to fulfil a lifelong fishing ambition.
