  1. Its about time the local police and publicans did something about the violence against our soldiers, its been happening in singleton for years, i grew up there and i now have a son based at the army camp and every weekend when he goes into town i worry for his safety. My best wishes go out to this young man and his family. These people fight for our country and deserve our respect.

  2. Not just the military blokes who have to watch themselves in Singleton , Young ferals running wild , stealing cars ,break & enters , bashing anyone they can for money or for the fun of it , This towns small town inocence is long gone . Legacy of the “Young offenders act” Its useless , the punks think they are bullet proof because of it . Lock them up . Hope this bloke gets through this ok , Maybe now some heads will get out of the sand & realise there is a problem up here .. And i wont even touch the subject of too many licenced venues open too long . Pity there wasnt anything else but drinking for many people to do , thats why so many go out of town for everything from shopping to entertainment.
