Workers at a Metford confectionary factory are trying to find out whether they’ve joined the growing number of unemployed, after being locked out of the premises.
The Australian Manufacturing Workers Union says the company is in breach of the workplace relations act, and has taken the matter to the Federal Magistrates Court.
