JUDICIARY HIT OUTS AT LEAGUE BRAWL

Police and Group-2 rugby league officials are investigating the brawl at Woolgoolga’s home match against Dunghutti on the weekend.

Referee Kirk Taylor abandoned the match late in the game, after a fight broke out between players and members of the crowd.

A judiciary hearing will be held into the matter on Monday night.

The clubs will replay the game in the league’s second round.

Looking ahead to this weekend’s round 4 matches, and the Sawtell Panthers are gearing up for the club’s first home game for the season.
