AT 16, BOYD CORDNER MAKES NRL DEBUT

There’s not many school students who can say their weekend sport fix was playing in an NRL trial match.

But Taree’s Boyd Cordner can do just that.

The 16 year old took to the field for the Sydney Roosters last Saturday night, and he has a professional rugby league career in his sights.
