Up-and-coming athletes are being urged to apply for scholarships through the Donnica Clarke Foundation.
The not-for-profit charity was set up in memory of the 16-year-old dual Surf Life Saving champion, who died in a tragic cliff fall at North Avoca almost two years ago.
