The troubled Glenwood Gardens nursing home at Glen Innes has changed hands.
The facility has been taken over by the Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution, following approval from Federal Minister for Ageing, Justine Elliot.
Sanctions were placed on the facility late last year, after a spot check identified serious risk to 42 patients.
