A Farrer High School bullying victim is expected to receive compensation over the abuse he endured at the Tamworth school during the 1990s.
David Gregory is suing the state of New South Wales for more than $2-million for humiliation and bullying, which he claims lead to him suffering agrophobia and obsessive compulsive disorder.
Following recent Supreme Court proceedings, Gregory’s barrister and the state’s barrister agreed compensation for treatment will be discussed.
However, they say the main argument will be whether Mr Gregory’s experience at Farrer is linked to any psycological disorders.
