With the help of cooler, calmer conditions, firefighters have contained a bushfire in the Yengo National Park, near Singleton.
The fire is now at mop up stage, as water-bombing helicopters and specialist ground crews extinguish burning logs to ensure they don’t flare up.

Let the National Parks burn and save water. The land will be cleared. It is easier to make way for new homes instead of a home for trees.
