Coffs Harbour’s Jayke Sharpe is through to the fourth round of the Billabong World Junior Pro Championships staged at North Narabeen today.
Sharpe scored a 5.83 on his first wave and then followed up with a 6.5 in conditions which were almost ideal.
He will now surf in tomorrow’s rounds which will determine the final eight.

With the demise of favourites today such as Dusty Payne and Owen Wright, Sharpe is well placed for a podium finish.
