There were plenty of smiles at Manning Base Hospital’s Children’s Ward today, as not one but two Captain Starlights dropped in to spread some magic.
A fresh round of funding from the Greater Charitable Foundation, means the pair will continue to be able to spend time with children like 6-year-old Marli, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy.
“It’s such a rewarding thing to be able to engage with families, regional families in particular that we might not otherwise get to see if it weren’t for the Greater.”
