VOLUNTEERS HELPING TO IMPROVE STUDENT LITERACY SKILLS

We know them as the friendly people helping the sick or injured at public events, but St John Ambulance volunteers can do far more than slap on a Bandaid.

The charity also runs a program which helps to give children some of the most important skills in life, the ability to read and write.

More information on St John Ambulance Service’s Program to Aid Literacy is available by calling (02) 9219 6842 or visiting their website.
