Police are hunting for a man who sexually assaulted a woman at Davidson Oval in Lismore almost three weeks ago.
It’s believed the 18-year-old woman was walking through the area at around two o’clock on Friday the 19th of September, when she was attacked.
“Extremely traumatised. I’m sure you would realise that any offence of this nature is particularly nasty and the individual involved. She’s very, very affected by what happened.”
Police with the Richmond Local Area Command are calling for the public’s assistance to help identify the man.
He’s been described as caucasian, aged in his late 30s and almost 170 centimetres tall, with ash-blond hair.
