The CEO of Lismore Base Hospital, Chris Crawford, has formally apologised to the alleged victim of obstetric malpractice, Connie Scholl.
It follows allegations that Czech doctor, Roman Hasil, sexually assaulted a handful of women at the hospital over a four-year period.
