600 NEW HOMES APPROVED FOR SLEEPY COASTAL VILLAGE

Catherine Hill Bay residents say the approval of a 600 lot housing estate by planning minister Frank Sartor is the result of a deal between developer Rose Group and the state government.

Locals are still refusing to accept that their quiet village is set to expand into a busy suburb.
