Armidale is one of three centres across New South Wales piloting a new program aimed at rehabilitating young offenders and driving down imprisonment rates.
Problem teenagers charged with minor anti-social offences will be placed on a Youth Conduct Order for up to 12 months, that will restrict their lifestyle.
