TOOTH FAREWELLED IN QUIRINDI

Hundreds of people gathered at Quirindi’s St Alban’s church today for the funeral of Lions rugby union player, Nicholas Tooth.

The 25-year-old was remembered as the life of the party, and someone whose greatest passion was rugby.

The church was so full, people spilled out into Henry Street, which was shut off from Hill Street to the Police Station.

Mr Tooth passed away from head injuries he suffered during a rugby match against Narrabri 10 days ago.
