Doctors in Taree are continuing the push for public patients to have access to a Catheter Lab – which is used in the treatment for serious heart conditions.
The life saving equipment is currently available at Mayo Hospital, but isn’t bulk billed, forcing patients to travel two-hours to Newcastle for care.
