There’ll be plenty of sizzle and smoke this weekend, when teams compete in the second annual Blues & BBQ’s Festival in Port Macquarie.
The two day event will feature the Australian Barbeque Wars, which is the largest competition of its kind in the southern hemisphere, as well as a strong line-up of blues bands.
This year, facial hair will also be heavily scrutinised in the inaugural Beard and Moustache Championships.
Entry to the event is free and starts on Friday afternoon at the Town Green.
